Costa Coffee in Barnet

"Absolutely love this Costa! The coffee is always fresh and perfectly made. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, specially DHRUVAN ..and the place is clean and comfortable. It’s my favourite spot to relax and enjoy a hot drink. Highly recommended!"

"It’s not the best run Costa, but it’s fine for a hospital. I’ve observed occasional issues with staffing, online orders and menu knowledge. Some training would probably help, but they seem to cope okay given how busy it usually is"

"During a recent hospital stay that lasted over a month, this Costa Coffee was a real lifesaver for me. Having access to a familiar coffee and some light food made a big difference during a difficult time. The staff here are generally okay, and the food and drinks are reasonable and consistent with what you expect from Costa. However, this location is extremely busy, and there are very limited seats and tables available, which can make it difficult to find a place to sit and relax. It would be fantastic if they could expand the space to better accommodate the high number of customers. Another improvement would be extending their opening hours into the evening — it would have been incredibly useful for me, especially during my long hospital stay, to have somewhere nearby open later. Overall, it’s a convenient spot with decent service, but there is definitely room for growth to meet the needs of their customers a little better."

"My mother went to pick up some coffee and a pastry while at the hospital. She was having difficulty with her banking app and when she went to pay, her card was declined. She was a bit confused and planned to put things back, but Rahu and his colleague/manager (unsure and didn’t get a name, sorry) told her it was okay, she could have the items. I see some other reviews mentioning rudeness of staff at this branch, so please know that it doesn’t apply to everyone there. Thanks for your kindness :)"
